Chamada Aberta – Conexões Culturais, Cidades Habitáveis 2022
Estão abertas as inscrições para a chamada pública "Conexões Culturais - Cidades Habitáveis”.
Buscando facilitar a cooperação internacional entre a Holanda e o Brasil na área de cultura, a Embaixada e os Consulados Gerais dos Países Baixos convidam instituições culturais, artistas, profissionais de cultura, designers, escritores, poetas, fotógrafos, tecnólogos, músicos, cineastas e historiadores a apresentarem propostas que visam o intercâmbio entre esses dois países, no tema Conexões Culturais, Cidades Habitáveis.
INSCRIÇÕES ADIADAS – ENVIE SUA PROPOSTA ATÉ O DIA 24 DE ABRIL
O papel dos criativos, da arte e da cultura em questões de diversidade cultural e inclusão na cidade está se tornando cada vez mais importante. Essa chamada pública disponibiliza fundos para projetos culturais entre o Brasil e a Holanda que contribuem para a qualidade de vida na cidade, com o foco no tema “Cidades Habitáveis” (Liveable Cities).
- Os projetos culturais devem dar destaque à cultura holandesa e/ou promover o intercâmbio cultural entre a cultura holandesa e a cultura brasileira, e a atividade final deve ocorrer no Brasil.
- Serão aceitos projetos digitais, presenciais e híbridos. No entanto, propostas de projetos com atividades presenciais devem explicar como os riscos associados à pandemia da covid-19 serão mitigados.
- O projeto deve ter início após 01 de maio de 2022 e durar até o mais tardar 31 de dezembro de 2022. Projetos que já tenham iniciado antes do aceite da proposta por parte dos Países Baixos só são elegíveis se o financiamento solicitado for para atividades novas dentro do escopo do projeto em andamento. As atividades não podem terminar em 2023.
- Será dada preferência à propostas de projetos que envolvam pelo menos um parceiro brasileiro e um parceiro holandês, cada qual com uma função bem definida dentro do projeto.
- A Embaixada e os Consulados-Gerais da Holanda poderão financiar entre R$ 5.000 e R$ 50.000.
- O apoio será transferido para o requerente brasileiro, que deverá ser pessoa jurídica, detentora de CNPJ e conta bancária brasileira de pessoa jurídica, que se responsabilizará pelo pagamento de eventuais parceiros e terceiros.
- O apoio apenas será concedido se os recursos da Embaixada e dos Consulados-Gerais forem suficientes.

Open Call – Cultural Connections, Liveable Cities 2022
Registration for the open call for "Cultural Connections - Liveable Cities" is now open.
Seeking to facilitate international cooperation between the Netherlands and Brazil in the area of culture, the Embassy and Consulates General of the Netherlands in Brazil invite cultural institutions, artists, cultural professionals, designers, writers, poets, photographers, technicians, musicians, historians, etc. to present proposals that aim at the exchange between these two countries, within the theme “Cultural Connections, Liveable Cities”.
The role of creatives in arts and culture, in issues of diversity and inclusion in the city, is becoming increasingly important. This open call provides funds for cultural cooperation projects between Brazil and the Netherlands, that contribute to the quality of life in the city, with a thematic focus on “Liveable Cities”.
• Cultural projects must highlight Dutch culture and/or promote cultural exchange between the Netherlands and Brazil, and the final activity must take place in Brazil.
• Digital, live and hybrid projects will be accepted. However, project proposals with face-to-face activities must explain how the risks associated with the covid-19 pandemic will be mitigated.
• The project must start after May 1, 2022 and finish no later than December 31, 2022. Projects that have already started prior to the acceptance of the proposal by the Netherlands are only eligible if the requested funding is for new activities within the scope of the ongoing project. Activities cannot end in 2023.
• Preference will be given to project proposals that involve at least one Brazilian partner and one Dutch partner, each with a well-defined role within the project.
• The Embassy and Consulates General of the Netherlands will be able to finance between BRL 5,000 and BRL 50,000 per project.
• The financial support can only be transferred to a Brazilian applicant, who must be a legal entity, holder of a CNPJ-number and Brazilian bank account, which will be responsible for the payment of any partners and third parties.
• Support will only be granted if the resources of the Embassy and Consulates General are sufficient.
• Project proposals can be submitted until the deadline of April 24th 2022 via sao-pcz@minbuza.nl Proposals sent after this data will not be considered.
