Chamada Aberta – Fundo Patrimonial Cultural 2022

Com o objetivo de apoiar organizações no Brasil em prol da conservação, uso sustentável, administração e visibilidade do patrimônio cultural entre os Países Baixos e o Brasil, seja ele material ou imaterial, a Embaixada do Reino dos Países Baixos no Brasil convida instituições de ambos os países a apresentarem propostas.

INCRIÇÕES PRORROGADAS - ENVIE SUA PROPOSTA ATÉ O DIA 18 DE SETEMBRO DE 2022

Os projetos serão avaliados pela sua capacidade de fortalecer a identidade cultural e/ou o patrimônio cultural entre o Brasil e os Países Baixos e o seu impacto no significado simbólico deste patrimônio. Também serão levados em conta os efeitos do projeto para a localidade onde ele será implementado, tais como, desenvolvimento do turismo, disponibilidade de atividades culturais e estímulo à ciência e à educação, entre outros. Sobretudo será avaliado até que ponto o projeto consegue garantir a conservação e o uso sustentável deste patrimônio no futuro. 

•  O projeto deverá levar em conta alguns dos seguintes fatores: fortalecer a identidade cultural e/ou o patrimônio cultural junto ao público brasileiro, contribuir para a conservação, uso sustentável, administração e visibilidade da herança cultural , e incluir um componente de treinamento, educação, capacitação ou troca de conhecimento;
• Com o objetivo de fortalecer a cooperação, será dada preferência a projetos em que a instituiçào solicitante Brasileira trabalhe em conjunto com um parceiro neerlandés, com sede nos Países Baixos; Se a instituição executora for holandesa, ela deverá trabalhar em parceria com uma organização brasileira;
•  A duração do projeto proposto deve ser de não mais do que 12 meses, e deverá ter início entre 01 de outubro de 2022 e 01 de dezembro de 2022;
• A Embaixada do Reino dos Países Baixos poderá apoiar financeiramente um projeto até o valor máximo de R$ 100.000,00 (cem mil reais) ou € 16,300.00 (Dezesseis mil e trezentos euros) – este último para pagamentos efetuados na Europa apenas;
•  A Embaixada contribuirá com, no máximo, 60% dos custos totais do projeto, não sendo possível o apoio integral (100%) ao projeto proposto.
• A instituição solicitante deve ser de pessoa jurídica, de caráter não-comercial, com no mínimo, 3 anos de funcionamento, não ter pendências junto aos órgãos tributários e trabalhistas e não depender da contribuição financeira neerlandesa para seu funcionamento;

A análise dos projetos será feita exclusivamente pela Embaixada do Reino dos Países Baixos no Brasil.. As propostas podem ser enviadas a qualquer momento, até a data limite de 18 de setembro de 2022. Propostas enviadas após essa data serão automaticamente desclassificadas.

Open call - Cultural Heritage Fund 2022

Registration for the open call for "Cultural Heritage Fund 2022" is now open.

Seeking to support organizations in the conservation, sustainable use, administration and visibility of cultural heritage between the Netherlands and Brazil, be it material or immaterial, The Embassy and Consulates General of the Netherlands in Brazil  invite institutions from both countries to submit proposals.

The projects will be evaluated for their capacity to strengthen cultural identity and/or cultural heritage between both countries and their impact on the symbolic significance of this heritage. It will also take  into account the effects of the project on the locality where it will be implemented, such as development of tourism, availability of cultural activities and stimulation of science and  education, among others. Above all, it will be evaluated to what extent the project is able to guarantee  the conservation and the sustainable  use of the heritage in the future.

• The project should take into account some of the following factors: strengthen cultural identity and/or heritage with the Brazilian public, contribute to the conservation, use, management and visibility of cultural heritage, and include a component of training, education or knowledge exchange;
• In order to strengthen cooperation,  Preference will be given to projects in which the Brazilian requesting institution works together with a Dutch partner based in the Netherlands. If the executing organization is Dutch, it must partner with a Brazilian organization, based in Brazil;
• The project must last a maximum of 12 months, and must start between  October 1, 2022 and December 1, 2022;
• The Embassy may provide a total financial support of up to R$100,000.00 (one hundred thousand reais), or EUR 16,300.00 (sixteen thousand and three hundred euros) , the latter for payments made in Europe only;
• The Embassy will contribute with up to 60% of the total costs of the project, and full support(100%) for the proposed project will not be possible;
• The institution must be a legal, non-commercial entity,  stablished at least 3 years ago, must not have legal issues with tax and labor agencies and not dependent on the Dutch financial contribution for its operation.

The analysis of the projects will be done exclusively by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Brazil.

The deadline for submitting this form is 18 September, 2022.
